How to sign up as a 4Life Customer or Distributor

 

Customers only need to provide contact, shipping, and billing information.

You must use my distributor ID# 5146294 to enroll as a Preferred Customer.

Preferred Customers get wholesale pricing, quantity discounts, and package pricing specials.

 

 

Distributors will need to:

Enroll under our distributor ID # 5146294

Place an initial qualifying order of at least:  

50 Life Points as an Associate Distributor, or

100 Life Points as a Leader 4Life Distributor, or

400 Life Points as a Diamond Distributor

Provide Social Security or Tax Payer ID #

Purchase a distributor start up kit

Provide contact, shipping, and billing information

Agree to the Policies and Procedures

Sign up for Auto-Ship or Backup-Auto-Ship

 

Distributors receive additional commissions according to the Life Rewards Plan.
